Reasonably priced Spring Pull-Down sink mixer recommendations

We are currently using a spare Hansa mixer in the laundry but I would like to replace it with a spring pull down type, similar to the Methven one below. However, I don't want to spend too much, so the Methven one is out of question.

Any recommendations for a reasonably priced, but good quality spring pull down type mixer?

The only reasonably priced ones I've seen look "wonky", and don't sit properly, in a perfect U-shape. Instead the hose is pulled closer to the base where it hooks on.

What colour to paint the door frame, step and lintel?

Our doors will eventually be painted black. What colour should we paint the wooden door frame and step, and the metal lintel above?
