Wall hung vanities - how high off the ground?

We would like all our vanities to be wall hung. They will be custom made so we can choose how high and off the ground to have them. We are thinking 90cm for the top as it seems to be the standard, but what about the bottoms of the vanities? How high of the ground should we make them? In a couple of bathrooms the toilet suite is next to the vanity so we want to make sure the toilets are safe to sit on without anyone hurting themselves... Does 250mm off the ground sound ok? Would love to hear what you think :)

PS. timber flooring upstairs was completed on Wednesday J
