Do you think I'm nuts... To be putting a full size, custom made vanity this close to the door meaning that we will have to move out of the way to open the door? The plumbing (and the toilet) are already in place so it is too late to swap the vanity and toilet. Also, a hinged door is already in place and we can't have a sliding door instead. MrB doesn't want an outward opening door, but is happy to install lift-off hinges for safety reasons.
This is the downstairs powder room and probably the most commonly used toilet.
