Are replica ghost chairs meant to be ... Wobbly?

So I really wanted a replica ghost chair for our home office... After finally locating an Adelaide based supplier and sitting in the chair... I am not so sure... Are they meant to be wobbly? As in when you sit in it and shake your bon bon are the legs meant to wiggle?

Mind you these were pretty cheap at $115 per chair (with arms) so that might have something to do with the stability... Would love to hear your experiences with the replica ghost chairs :)

Kitchen update: a Stegbar representative did a final measure for the splashback early this morning. Deposit has been paid for, so there is no going back now. It's due to be installed in 15 working days from today. Excited and nervous I am :)
